The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Executive is to generate new software license opportunities and  incremental revenue by systematic selling in a large territory made up of accounts within an assigned territory or industry vertical (which are the result of the territory planning process) and, where applicable and directed, by co-selling with partners. The ISE drives opportunity creation and qualification and may work collaboratively with partners to create value and drive the opportunity to closure. The ISE may also work as part of a team with other SAP resources to drive opportunities to closure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·          Sales, Pipeline Generation and Execution

·          Drive Software Sales end to end or in conjunction with Field Account Executive

·          Territory / Business Planning

·          Professional Development

 

Key Success Factors:

 

·          Software license revenue generation

·          Attainment of set quota

·          Customer Satisfaction (by means of relevant corporate scoring]

·          Activities performed and recorded to demonstrate the relationship management of assigned accounts, contacts or territory (activity metrics: # calls, time on the phone, web response etc.]

·          Opportunity Pipeline Creation & Progression                  

·          Lead Management

·          Opportunity/ Win Rate

·          Lead Aging/Cycle Time

 

Experience Required:

 

·          Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in complex solutions Sales

·          Proven record of quota attainment

·          Knowing or experience of multi channel go to market models

·          Knowledge and understanding of Indirect channel dynamics

·          Knowledge of ERP market

 

Education:

 

·                      Bachelor or equivalent preferred
